About Killer Point
Killer Point is the heaviest wave in the Taghazout area — a fast, powerful right that breaks over shallow rock. The name comes from orca sightings in the area, not from the wave itself (though it can feel that way). It needs a big NW swell and handles more size than Anchor Point. The paddle out is long and committing, the lineup is exposed, and when sets come through, they demand respect. Only experienced surfers should paddle out here. The upside: because of its difficulty and location, Killer Point is significantly less crowded than the spots closer to the village.
Getting There
Furthest north of the Taghazout points. 30-minute walk or short drive past Anchor Point. Bring water and don't go alone.
